Turning Civic Technology Into Clear, Shareable Public Knowledge

This project demonstrates our ability to operate at the intersection of design, communication, and social impact—delivering work that is not only visually compelling, but deeply purposeful.

Client Overview

Transparency International Kenya (TI-Kenya) is a leading governance and accountability organization working to promote transparency, integrity, and accountability in both public and private sector processes. Through advocacy, research, and civic technology, TI-Kenya empowers citizens to actively participate in governance and demand accountability. A key pillar of their work involves digital accountability platforms that enable citizens to report issues, track actions, and engage institutions more effectively.

Project Brief & Challenge

TI-Kenya sought to strengthen public understanding and usage of two of its key digital platforms:
  • Uwajibikaji Pamoja
  • Action for Transparency App
While the platforms were technically robust, the challenge lay in communication:
  • Existing content was technical and process-heavy
  • Messaging needed to work for both policy stakeholders and the general public
  • All materials had to strictly follow TI-Kenya’s brand standards and communication norms
  • Content needed to be online-ready, shareable, and bilingual
